1. Purchase Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance

2.Create and complete your profile on SuranceBay using this link

Use this overview video to help you walk through the process.

  • The website will not work on your phone or iPad.

  • Request appointments for all the carriers listed.

You will know you have successfully requested a carrier when it says

"BGA" or "At Carrier" under "Currently At".

SuranceBay "Currently At" Statuses:

  • Producer: Go back through and confirm your requested appointments

  • BGA: Good job, you have done it correctly and your contract has been sent to our home office

  • CarrierFFL home office has sent your contract to each carrier

  • Discarded: Locate the reason, and email for help

Check SuranceBay every couple days - If you notice any of your carrier requests say "At Producer" please contact your upline. You will need to resubmit that carrier request

3. Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Course

  • This can be completed before or after submitting your contracting

4. Follow up with each carrier 5 business days after your contract status has changed to "At Carrier" in SuranceBay

  • Verify they have all your contracting paperwork and that there are no outstanding requirements

  • Keep an eye on your email for important messages and appointment confirmations from the carriers

  • Check your spam and promotional folders too!

  • Make sure once your carrier codes come in you keep them where you can easily access them - you will need your codes to submit applications. (Use Notepad on phone or ipad and password protect it)

  • Have your Upline add you to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

  • Ask your upline for the link to contract with Prosperity & to request American Amicable & Aetna be added for you 


  • Complete Lead training HERE

    • After completing lead training, have a lead strategy meeting with your manager or upline VP before purchasing leads

  • Purchase Leads once you have your Americo and Mutual of Omaha agent numbers

  • Complete phone script training HERE

    • After completing this, role play with your manager or upline VP before dialing

  • Print the Dial Tracker and start dialing and booking appointments!​

  • Complete Product training HERE

  • Complete In Home presentation HERE

    • Bookmark all the quote tools HERE​

  • Print all phone scripts​

  • Print Financial Inventory & Credibility Sheets (one for every appointment)

  • Become familiar with each carriers E-App

  • Order client brochures from the carrier for our most popular products:
